- The process complies with current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training
- Applicants must meet criteria of the selected admission method and submit complete documents as required
After admission:
- Students complete enrollment procedures under university guidance
- Students follow the officially issued training curriculum
- Organized under the credit-based system
- Implemented in accordance with Circular 08/2021/TT-BGDĐT and current academic regulations
- 3 semesters/year:
- Semester I
- Semester II
- Supplementary semester
- Main semesters:
- Up to 15 study weeks and 3 exam weeks
- Mandatory registration according to the study plan
- Supplementary semester:
- 6-7 weeks
- Optional (retake, grade improvement, or accelerated study)
- Summer break (6 weeks):
- Internship opportunities may be arranged with partner organizations
- Students proactively register courses before each semester
- Learning schedules are published by the university
- Course outcomes are assessed according to course syllabi
- Grades and academic records are updated in the training system
Students are recognized for graduation when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- Not under legal prosecution or suspension-level disciplinary action
- Completion of all required curriculum credits
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.00/4.00
- Completion of compulsory modules:
- National Defense and Security Education
- Physical Education
- Achievement of graduation outcomes in:
- Professional competency
- Foreign language proficiency
- Digital literacy
- Conduct evaluation
- Submission of graduation application as required (for early or delayed graduation cases)
